Chairman
He got his law degree at University of Padua. One of his most important work experience was the one as Vice General Manager with proxy to collection on Antonveneta Bank Group’s behalf.
Later he held different job role such as Banks’ SIMS’ and financial societies’ General Manager and CEO.
He also held the role of BCC Benebanca’s and Folgaria BCC’s Commissary and the role of Economics of Financial Markets and Intermediaries professor at St Pio V University of Rome and at LUMSA (Rome).
From 2017 he serves as Senior Advisor for Grant Thornton’s subsidiary consulting company (Grant Thornton Consultants Milan-Rome)

After an Economic and Business degree and after a post-graduated education at Harward University of Cambridge (USA), he holds many different important positions both in international accademic world and in Companies, Foundations and Banks.
He’s also an ordinary Economics of Financial Intermediaries professor at LUISSS Guido Carli University of Rome. As Economic Publicist, Comana serves as Banks’ and Bank Officials’ Deputy Director and Editor for MF (Milano Finanza).

Graduated in Economics and Business at Università degli Studi Milano-Bicocca, he pursed his studies with a master in Accounting Auditing & Control at Bocconi University. He’s enrolled on the Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan.
After a short period working in Deloitte&Touche S.p.A., he cooperates with 130 Servicing Spa from 2015 to today.
He offers fiscal and accounting corporate consultancy and follows securitization transactions assisted by supporting vehicles “Reoco” and “Leaseco”.
Member of Advisory board
In the last thirty years he has gained significant international experience in legal activities, M&A and investment, with increasing managerial responsibilities, working for great industrial Groups (Iri, Eni, Enel Montedison, Impregilo). With this groups he first monitored operational and financial restructuring projects, then he became responsible for legal activities, M&A and investment, family control Holdings, such as Alicros Spa (controls Campari Group) of which he was the Managing Director; now he sustains the process of international growth and diversification.
